By Tzvi Machlin One would think that between the departure of Josh McDaniels and the several offensive assistants he took with him to the Las Vegas Raiders that the New England Patriots might have brought in Bill O’Brien to fill the void. That hasn’t been the case. O’Brien is heading into his second year as the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at Alabama. The Patriots have vacancies at both positions and are one of the only teams with neither position filled.
