Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards and her real estate tycoon husband, Mauricio Umansky, have sold the Bel-Air mansion that Kyle’s co-star, Sutton Stracke, was renting last year. The 6,229-square-foot estate contains seven bedrooms, nine-bathrooms, a movie theater, a spacious office, a large pool, a spa, a multi-purpose sports court and much more.
