Addis ababa: Ethiopia’s State Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Hadera Abera, recently welcomed the Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Ethiopia, Ambassador Ruslan Nasibov, in his office. The meeting underscored Ethiopia’s intent to strengthen the burgeoning bilateral relations between the two nations.
According to Ethiopian News Agency, Ambassador Hadera highlighted Ethiopia’s eagerness to broaden its cooperation with Azerbaijan across various sectors, including trade and investment, public service delivery, education, tourism, renewable energy, and agriculture. He encouraged Azerbaijani investors and companies to leverage the investment opportunities arising from Ethiopia’s extensive economic reforms.
Ambassador Ruslan Nasibov reaffirmed Azerbaijan’s dedication to furthering its comprehensive relationship with Ethiopia. The discussions also covered regional and international issues of common interest, illustrating the depth of the diplomatic engagement between the two countries.
